A PERFORMANCE-improvement company in Portsmouth has had its own standards applauded, after being given a quality certification.
Douglas Stafford, which ‘mystery shops’ staff at car dealerships to help them improve their customer service, has been given the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The firm’s commercial director John Fieldhouse said: ‘Douglas Stafford is dedicated to the continual improvement of its products and services and the processes that we undertake in order to deliver them.’
